Step 1: Wash Your Hands
Always start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water. Dry with a lint-free towel.

Step 2: Check the Lens
Make sure the lens is clean, not damaged, and not inside out. The edges should form a smooth bowl shape.

Step 3: Insert the Lens

  • Place the lens on the tip of your index finger.

  • Use your other hand to gently hold your upper eyelid.

  • Pull down your lower eyelid with the middle finger of your lens hand.

  • Look straight ahead or slightly upward and gently place the lens on your eye.

  • Blink slowly to help the lens settle.

Step 4: Repeat for the Other Eye
Follow the same steps for your second lens.

Step 5: Check for Comfort
Your lenses should feel comfortable and your vision should be clear. If not, remove the lens, rinse it with solution, and try again.
